Sweet Child of Mine

Shes got a smile that seems to me, reminds me of childhood memories where everything was as fresh as the bright blue sky. Now & then when I see her face it takes me away to that special place & if I stare too long I'll probably break down & cry. She's got eyes of the bluest skies as if they thought of rain. I hate to look into those eyes & see an ounce of pain. Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place where as I child I'd hide & pray for the thunder & the rain to quietly pass me by. GnR

The Thanksgiving House 2002

We decided to get away for a while and thought we'd make it Thanksgiving holiday and our anniversary. We had heard about Maggie Valley and the surrounding area in North Carolina, but had never been there. Once again, a vacation spot found on the internet turned into the best Thanksgiving ever! No phones, no pagers, no business, just rest, relaxation and family on the top of a mountain!

There was even a second structure with a hot tub inside. We sat in it while it snowed outside!











The first snow for Britt, Kallee and Dallas! Devin threw a snow ball in Britt's face!
